(a 10-drug regimen) was more effective in lymphoblastic lymphoma, whereas COMP (a 4-drug regimen) was more effective in nonlymphoblastic (undifferentiated Burkitt's, undifferentiated pleomorphic, and histiocytic) lymphoma. The undifferentiated and histiocytic lymphomas are a heterogeneous group cytologically, clinically, and immunologically but were analyzed as one group.
