Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To eliminate need for application control of the computer system by starting composition of an ATM cell upon the receipt of a head cell of an HDLC frame and allowing a receiver side cell decomposing section to start data transmission to a terminal equipment while taking an in-network fluctuation maximum time and a line speed of the receiver side terminal equipment into account. CONSTITUTION:A transmission section 2 of a communication node 1 is provided with a cell composition control section 3 starting the composition with an output of a means detecting it that a reception data length reaches a length of a cell at the time of a frame reception from a terminal equipment to send the result to an opposite communication node. Upon the receipt of a head cell from a sender side, a reception section 7 of the communication node uses the in-network fluctuation maximum time and the transmission time of one cell to a receiver side terminal equipment obtained in advance to calculate the fluctuation absorbing time and activates a cell decomposition control section 11 starting cell decomposition after the arrival of the head cell from the sender side and sending the generated frame to the terminal equipment. |
