Upon the receipt of a head cell from a sender side, a reception section 7 of the communication node uses the in-network fluctuation maximum time and the transmission time of one cell to a receiver side terminal equipment obtained in advance to calculate the fluctuation absorbing time and activates a cell decomposition control section 11 starting cell decomposition after the arrival of the head cell from the sender side and sending the generated frame to the terminal equipment. |
