Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in most cases of conventional manufacturing methods of powder for a magnet, nitriding is applied to powder after grinding and resultantly oxygen molecules as well as nitrogen molecules are bonded to the powder and this bonding of oxygen causes deterioration in the performance of a magnet. SOLUTION: Before coarse grinding of ST06, nitriding is carried out in ST05, that is, nitriding is performed in a stage of an ingot. Accordingly, the bonding of oxygen can be sufficiently suppressed, and magnetic properties can be maintained in an excellent state. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
