A candid and impartial state of the evidence of a very great probability that there is discovered by Monsieur Le Fevre, a regular physician, residing and practising at Liege in Germany, a specific for the gout. Containing The Motives which induced the Author to listen to the Pretensions of the Liege Medicine; with an Account of its Operations and Effects in his own Case. To which is added, a narrative of the cases of several other Patients, Persons of Rank and Reputation, who have been cured, or are now in a Course of Cure of the Gout, by the Efficacy of Dr. Le Fevre's Powders, communicated by themselves to the Author, during his Residence at Liege. In an appendix is given an account of a house fitted up at Liege, for the reception of the English only; with a Table of the Expence of the different Accommodations.
