The genuine account of the trial of Eugene Aram for the murder of Daniel Clark, Late of Knaresbrough, in the County of York, who was convicted at York Assizes, August 3, 1759, before the Honourable William Noel, Esq; one of his Majesty's Justices of the Court of Common Pleas.
