Catalogue of important Welsh porcelain, the property of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Barraclough comprising a Swansea tureen, dishes and plates from the celebrated Lysaght service painted by Henry Morris, a magnificent London-decorated Nantgarw plate painted with children by James Plant, two Nantgarw bird plates from the MacIntosh service and a series of London- and locally-decorated Nantgarw plates, cabinet cups, dishes, bowls, tea and coffee cups with a variety of decoration, also very fine English porcelain, a collection formed by the late Miss Margaret MacHarg, comprising rare early Chelsea porcelain, including a triangle-marked white "Chinaman" tea jar, a very rare head of a boy and a bust of the Duke of Cumberland of the raised anchor period, a raised anchor marked white bird, a teapot and teobowls painted with fable subjects by O'Neale of the raised anchor period, asparagus and lettuce tureens with red anchor marks, and other fine wares of the raised, red and gold anchor periods, fine Derby groups and figures, including a set of the four seasons, c. 1755-60, Italian comedy groups, candlestick figures and rare mythological figures and Longton Hall leaf dishes and a pug, Worcester porcelain of the first period, also two Chelsea white figures of Pu T'ai of the triangle period and an extremely rare Chelsea coloured acanthus leaf cream jug with trident mark in blue, the property of Dr. and Mrs. Statham : which will be sold by auction by Messrs.
