Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (PPCM) & Preeclampsia (PEc) are two conditions with similar clinical presentations. We sought to determine the echocardiographic findings of PPCM versus PEc.MethodsA retrospective case control study was undertaken using our EMR database from 2013 to 2018 at two centers. A cohort of 26 PPCM was compared to an age/BMI matched cohort of 10 PEc patients. Echocardiographic characteristics of the patients at the time of diagnosis were analyzed. A p value of
