In the title compound C20H21Cl2N2O2S, the thienopyrimidine ring system is essentially planar. The crystal packing is stabilized by van der Waals forces and by an inter­molecular C—H⋯O hydrogen‐bonding inter­action, which links the mol­ecules into zigzag chains.
