Zusammenfassung: | With the increasing pressure of the strengthening the peak load adjustment capability for the cogeneration units, it is absolutely necessary that the adaptability of peak load adjustment for the existing cogeneration units be precisely studied. Model-based software is utilised for the simulation of the 300 MW subcritical cogeneration unit manufactured by Shanghai Turbine Corporation, and detailed explanation is provided for the specific details during the modelling process. The peak load adjustment capability under various heating loads is calculated and analysed for the given unit. It is shown that with the increasing of the heating load, the span of the peak load adjustment range is gradually contracted, and the minimum power operation load is increased. The peak load adjustment capability of the existing cogeneration unit can meet the minimum load requirement of the state regulation plan for the fossil fired generation unit under 75% or lower heating load conditions. Therefore, the flexibility upgrading of the cogeneration unit should be focused on the peak load adjustment capability under large heating load conditions. |
