Zusammenfassung:Hydrogen Generation Surface‐modified TiO2 with bimetallic AuPd nanoalloys exhibits high photocatalytic activity for hydrogen generation, this activity is close to that obtained with Pt‐modified TiO2. Experimental results are supported by density functional theory (DFT) and density functional tight binding (DFTB+) calculations, which show that alloying AuPd with low Pd content presents significant synergetic effects for hydrogen generation under UV‐visible light.
