Zusammenfassung:Heterophanes with 1,3,5‐Triazines as Subunits and Thiol/Disulfide Redox Switch The synthesis and characterization of 5 new coronands 2a–e, containing two 1,3,5‐triazine‐thiols as subunits and redox‐switch are described. Cryptands 3a–e with disulfide bridges were obtained by oxidation. Reduction of cryptands 3a–e yields back the coronands 2a–e. The different complexation properties of the macrocycles 2a–d and 3a–d toward Tl(I), Ag(I) and Hg(II) are also reported.
