The solubility diagram of the system NH4[Y‐EDTA]‐NH4[Yb‐EDTA]‐H2O (EDTA = ethylenediamine‐tetraacetate) has been established at 0°. A single solid phase, which consists of mixed cristals NH4[(Y, Yb)‐EDTA], 6 H2O with complete miscibility between Y and Yb, appears at this temperature. The system belongs to the type I of the classification of ROOZEBOOM.
