Zusammenfassung: | The photoelectrochemical properties and electron energy structure of low‐toxic ternary Ag–Bi–S quantum dots (QDs) with near‐infrared photoresponse can be tuned by adjusting the size and chemical composition through synthesis reaction temperature control during solution‐phase preparation. An optimal solar cell efficiency of 0.74% was achieved using stoichiometric AgBiS2 QDs synthesized at 150 °C.
