Zusammenfassung:The flat‐band potentials of n‐type InP in different electrolytes were determined by open‐circuit photopotential and differential capacitance measurement. The influences of such factors as redox couples, pH value of the solutions, AC frequency, crystalline face and surface treatment of the InP electrode were investigated. Some parameters of the electrode were also calculated therefrom.
