ChemInform Abstract: Synthesis of β-Methoxyacrylate Natural Products Based on Box-PdII-Catalyzed Intermolecular Methoxycarbonylation of Alkynoles

Palladium‐catalyzed methoxycarbonylation of appropriate alkynols is used for the synthesis of natural products dihydroxycystothiazoles (V), annularin G (VIII) and H and kawa lactones (X).
