Zusammenfassung: | Data analytics must be adopted by managers and staff so that it becomes part of normal business life. Using data and analytics to improve decision‐making raise productivity, and gain a competitive advantage in the market is an opportunity for every organisation. There are certain organisations that have implemented a fully automated system that collects data from internal and external sources, processes and analyses the data, and executes some actions in a very short time. The data‐analytics revolution under way has the potential to transform how companies organise, operate, manage talent, and create value. The body of knowledge for data scientists and data analysts is very comprehensive. Not many people need to attain the whole spectrum. Developing the body of knowledge starting from the skill that is time‐critical for the exact workplace is reasonable. Organisations must proceed carefully to reap the full benefits of data analytics. |
