Plan for Success

This chapter aims to plan and execute the activities that drive the organization to success. Plans depends on the complexity of the desired operation and the experience of the subordinates who will execute it. Planning flexibility is critical concerning cybersecurity. Policies are the business rules and guidelines of an organization that ensure consistency and compliance with the organization's strategic direction. Cybersecurity Policies such as Access Control Policy, Clean Desk Policy and Password Protection Policy. There are several pieces of legislation such as the Sarbanes‐Oxley (SOX) Act of 2002, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996, the Gram–Leach–Bliley Act (GLB), also known as the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999, and the Privacy Act of 1974.
