On the basis of the analysis, a new DIS system with an adaptive motion decision system is proposed. The DIS system is composed of (i) a local motion vector generation unit, (ii) a field motion vector generation unit, (iii) an accumulated motion vector generation unit, and (iv) field memory address control and a digital zooming unit.< >
