A New Existence Theorem on Three Critical Points for Locally Lipschitz Functional and an Application

In the present paper, a new existence theorem on three critical points for locally Lipschitz functional is given, and as its an application, a class of reaction-diffusion equations with discontinuous nonlinearities is studied.
