Landau-Khalatnikov-Fradkin Transformation and Even zeta Functions

An exact formula that relates standard. functions and so-called hatted zeta ((zeta) over cap) functions in all orders of perturbation theory is presented. This formula is based on the Landau-Khalatnikov-Fradkin transformation.
