Zusammenfassung:Ensuring data security is a hot-button-issue at present in medical field because the sufferer information are stored and transmitted widely through communication networks. To vanquish the awful conditions a novel Multi-dimensional Medical Image Encryption (MMIE) scheme is proposed exploiting Rossler dynamical system and Sine map. Chaotic systems gained its popularity in the last few decades for their complex properties and in particular their sensitiveness to initial conditions. The proposed encryption system incorporates a substantial key space and robustness to withstand diverse attacks and beats out the conventional encryption methodologies. Simulation results such as histogram analysis, entropy analysis, differential analysis, correlation analysis, computational complexity analysis, comparison analysis, key space analysis, key sensitivity analysis, robustness to various noise and data-loss analysis turns up the system to admit a substantial amount of security.
