Zusammenfassung:Two new macrolides, iriomoteolides-14a (1) and 14b (2) have been isolated from the marine dinoflagellate Amphidinium species (strain KCA09057). Compounds 1 and 2 are 15-membered macrolides, which are structural analogs of amphidinolides O (3) and P (4). The structures of 1 and 2 were assigned on the basis of detailed NMR analyses and chemical conversion studies. Compounds 1 and 2 showed moderate cytotoxic activity against human cervix adenocarcinoma HeLa cells.
