CLINICAL STUDY OF SERUM MARKERS AND IMMUNE PROTEIN EXPRESSION IN PATIENTS WITH ANCA-ASSOCIATED VASCULITIS

Introduction: This study was conducted to (1) study complement C3 and C-reactive protein (CRP), D-dimer (DD), myeloperoxidam (MPO) and protease 3 (PR3) in ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV). (2) Evaluate the associations between Birmingham vasculitis activity score (BVAS) (3) test the diagnostic value and to explore the predicted changes in blood coagulation status in AAV. Materials and Methods: 40 cases of AAV patients, 34 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and 43 healthy subjects diagnosed in the Second Affiliated Hospital Nanchang University. Clinical data were collected from January 2015 to December 2017 and all the patients were tested for C3 and CRP by immunoturbidimetry, DD by turbidimetry; MPO and PR3 were determined by antigen-specific enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, BVAS scores were performed based on patient data and signs.
