Study of Electrophotophysical Characteristics of IR Photodetectors Based on PbS Colloidal Quantum Dots

The electrophotophysical characteristics of laboratory samples of IR photodetectors obtained by dip coating of PbS colloidal quantum dots with the subsequent exchange of oleic acid molecules that compose their ligand shell by S 2− ions have been studied.
