Misdiagnosis of neck sinus infection in congenital external auditory canal stenosis with cholesteatoma

To the editor： Neck sinus infection in congenital external auditory canal stenosis （CEACS） with cholesteatoma is misdiagnosed easily. Especially for the patients whose temporal bone are severe deformity, neck sinus tbrmed by cholesteatoma destroys bony wall is constantly misdiagnosed as ＂branchial fistula＂.
