Smoking and spontaneous coronary artery dissection： coincidence or not

To the editor：A 27-year-old male admitted to our hospital with complaints of recurrent chest pain for 5 days.Precordial discomfort started during playing poker.The patient was a current smoker （2 packs per day） without past medical and family histories.
