Zusammenfassung:	To the editor： Dengue is a mosquito transmitted, newly emerging urban epidemic in tropical and subtropical countries.Usual symptoms are fever, headache, arthralgia and myalgia with severe prostration. Hemorrhagic manifestations as rash and thrombocytopenia are common. The two widely known, potentially fatal, complications are Dengue hemorrhagic fever and Dengue Shock Syndrome.
