Temperature Variation over the Past 2,000 years in China

Working with the 200 different phenological cold/ warm records of phenomena and crop distribution extracted from a number of historical documents about places geographically located at latitudes 27°-40°N and longitudes 107°-120°E, the winter half-year temperature （October to April） for the past 2,000 years at 10-30 years＇ time resolution in the central region of eastern China was reconstructed （See Figurel; Ge et al., 2003）, and the climatic periodicity was detected （Ge et al., 2004）.
