Zusammenfassung:O6; With a heptadentate compartmental Schiff-base ligand H3L (1, 3-di[o-(salicylimino) ph-enoxyl]-2-propanol), a new binuclear diuranyl complex [(UO2)2L(OH)]?3DMF, C38H45N5O13U2, was synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction techniques. The coordination geometry are two pentagonal bipyramids. In each pentagon four kinds of U-O (phenoxido, hydroxo, alkoxo and ether oxo) bonds are discussed.
