Thermal Design Verification System Used to Improve Product Reliability

CAST introduced a thermal design verification system to realize the verifi- ability of the design for electromechanical products, shifting the thermal design veri- fication to an earlier period to improve the thermal design level. With the new system, technicians can measure pre- cisely and verify the thermal distributions when the electrome chanical products work. The system has been used in the development of several new products.
