Zusammenfassung: | Public service of digital education is an important part of high-quality public service sharing in the whole life cycle of people. At present, there are some problems in the public service system of digital education, such as unclear construction content, ineffective governance model, less innovation of system and mechanism and so on. Based on this, this paper introduces the background of the overall digital reform in Zhejiang Province, defines the concept and characteristics of regional digital education public service, analyzes the practical logic of Zhejiang’s construction of high-quality digital education public service system, and designs the framework structure of regional high-quality digital education public service system, including infrastructure system, resource application system, education big data open service system, collaborative innovation system and development system.
