The online education comes from the deep integration of the Internet and education. This paper analyses the new ideas in the development of the online education, and creates the individualized education, forms the teaching-learning mode of the human and computer working together. But due to the lack of understanding of online education research, there are some problems in the development of online education, for example: the information literacy of teachers and students is difficult to meet the requirements, students’ humanistic care and emotional communication are blocked, it is difficult to realize the balanced development of education. Therefore, the online education in the new era need to adopt the new ideas of realizing the blending learning, preventing the digital education gap, strengthening the moral education, so as to make the healthy development of online education
