The technology-supported teacher learning environment and meaningful teacher learning activities support each other to form a positive learning environment, which support teacher to learn and promote the development of teachers’ higher-level abilities, helping them learn to teach, learn to reflect, learn to research and learn to be teachers. The technology-supported teacher learning environment contains five elements: learning resources, learning tools, learning scenarios, communities, and learning evaluation. Through the five major environmental functions - tracking processes, perceiving the environment, connecting the communities, data integration and precision services - it supports teachers’ self-learning based on courses, community learning based on workshops, and situational learning based on lessons |
