Zusammenfassung: | With the advent of the “Internet +” age, learners have broken through the linear constraints of traditional teaching and have made learning time fragmented, learning methods flexible, and learning spaces diversified. Under the impetus of emerging technologies such as “Internet +” “Cloud Computing” and “Big Data”, teachers’ teaching is no longer a simple superposition of technology and methods, but innovation and fusion of technology and teaching for complex learning environments. The model of teaching ability of rural teachers in the “Internet +” era has been coded using document data, behavioral event interviews, questionnaires, and Delphi method, etc. It has been divided into 5 basic elements and 12 ability points through detailed refinement. And each ability points contains 4 levels of unqualified, qualified, good, excellent.
