Zusammenfassung:National Educational Technology Standards for Students was developed by International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and has played a pivotal role in the National Educational Technology Standards system. Based on the development of National Educational Technology Standards and the innovative development of educational informatization with Chinese characteristics in the new era, this article thoroughly explores the content of the latest version of National Educational Technology Standards for Students, revealing the inherent logic and significance of the evolution: from the early “learning to use technology” to the “using technology to learn” and then to the recent “transformative learning with technology”. The author thinks that the new standard’s enlightenment lies in the following aspects: Focusing on information literacy and building a relevant evaluation indicator system and evaluation models; Advocating maker project-based learning, promoting a new learning method featuring the integration of
