Zusammenfassung:The interaction between teachers and students should be equivalent,but its realistic expression is not equivalent, characterized by a subordinate structure . Under such a structure, the teacher- student relationship always develops towards a way that beneit the teachers who are in a dominant status. However,there is not always an antagonistic relationship between teachers and students. Logically,there are four types of subordinate structure: coordination, discipline, asymmetric game and submissive. Among them,the asymmetric game fully demonstrates its function,from which we can see how teachers use the dominant status to maintain their authority and face. Nowadays, this subordinate structure of teacher-student relationship tends to be blurred by the impact of mutual culture
