The magnetic measurements as well as the Brillouin fitting procedure showed paramagnetic state with characteristic superparamagnetic-like behaviour and the short-range ferromagnetic interactions. The electrical and broadband dielectric spectroscopy studies revealed insulating properties with the residual electrical
