Zusammenfassung: | Objective:To analyze the differential expression of circulating tumor cells in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary malignant diseases and benign diseases as well as the clinical significance. Methods:A total of 67 cases of patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as observation group, 86 cases of patients with benign lung diseases were selected as control group, the admission time was between August 2012 to November 2015, and differences in microRNA expression and lung cancer marker levels, mRNA and protein expression levels of hTERT, Skp2 and TTF-1, levels of IGF-1, IGFBP-3, STNFRS, Dickkopf-1, FIB, etc in circulating blood of two groups were detected. Results: Serum miR-20a and miR-31 expression levels of observation group were higher than those of control group, and miR-21, miR-29a, miR-126, miR-145 and miR-205 expression levels were lower than those of control group; serum TSGF, CYFRA21-1, NSE, D-D and SCC-Ag values of observation group were higher than those of control group; mRNA and protein expression levels of serum hTERT, Skp2 and TTF-1 of observation group were higher than those of control group; serum IGF-1, STNFRS, Dickkopf-1 and FIB values of observation group were higher than those of control group, and IGFBP-3 value was lower than that of control group. Conclusion:The expression of circulating tumor cells is significantly different in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary malignant diseases and benign diseases, and can be one of the effectively means for early judgment of diseases and judgment of treatment effect. |
