Zusammenfassung: | Following the theory of CPM/PERT, and using the inverse method of deep foundation in tall buildings, how to control a project with network and how to optimize this network by computer are discussed, and by comparing and analyzing the working schemes and taking into account time and economy, "the means of the lowest cost accelerating(MLCA)" is used to make optimal computation for critical paths and take into consideration the influence of cold weather on construction and foundation treatment etc, so that the best work can be done at the lowest cost. |
