鸡骨草多糖的提取工艺研究

目的:研究超声波法提取鸡骨草多糖的工艺.方法:以多糖提取率为指标,选择适当的超声波功率、超声波时间、料液比和提取次数,通过正交试验确定超声波法提取鸡骨草多糖的最佳条件.结果:最佳提取工艺为:提取功率90W,超声时间35 min,提取次数2次,料液比1:20.结论:超声法提取鸡骨草多糖方法简单、效率高,有效成分破坏少....
