etc. on the production of nicotinic acid were investigated. The results show that T(
o-Cl)PPMn presented excellent catalytic activity in the oxidation of 3-picoline to nicotinic acid and the yield of nicotinic acid varied greatly with the reaction temperature, oxygen pressure, T(
