Zusammenfassung: | TQ330.43; To fred the influence of rotor clearance on internal mixer's capacity,3D finite dement method(FEM)models were built and pressure field,viscosity field,velocity field,and temperature field were simulated.In addition,the was also conducted on the X(S)M-1.7L laboratory mixer.The simulation shows that rotor clearance brings some effect on internal mixer's capacity such as the pressure,temperature,viscosity,velocity,and shear stress,etc.The experimental result indicates that rotor dearance affected the maximum power,consumption of unit energy,production capability,mixing time,and dumping temperature and so on. |
