层次分析法在辅导员绩效评估机制中的应用——以重庆科技学院为例

高校辅导员的素质直接影响到培养人才的素质。通过构建高校辅导员绩效评估指标体系,综合运用专家调查法和层次分析法,对辅导员工作绩效进行科学地定性与定量分析,评估辅导员的工作绩效。
