Education aid is an important strategic support for EU to successfully achieve its goals in Africa. Integrated within the framework of "AU-EU Summit" and "JAES", EU's education aid strategies evolve from fragmented policies to systematic schema. In the context of reduction in financial aid to Africa and escalating international competition, EU puts forward new aid concept of "investing in youth" and "empowering youth" at the 2017" AU—EU Summit", which in fact is for the good of EU's interest in security and socio-economic development.
