Vietnam Airlines, a prominent player in the aviation industry in Southeast Asia, has shown remarkable resilience and adaptability. Their effective strategies have not only revitalized their operations, but also propelled their growth. This thesis aims to provide a thorough analysis of the chosen company’s internal and external environment, as well as offer valuable recommendations for its future development. A comprehensive Strategic Analysis is conducted, using company statements, stakeholders, PEST, Porter’s Five Forces, SWOT, VRIO, Performance, and Scenario planning. The company will receive valuable recommendations derived from an in-depth evaluation of assessment findings, with the goal of enhancing its market position and fostering future growth.
