Zusammenfassung:This thesis deals with the issues of diversity, equality and inclusion in the context of modern management. The theoretical part defines key concepts of DE&I practices such as diversity, inclusion, equality, equity and diversity management. Described here are approaches to diversity management, including the promotion of mutual adaptation, which, unlike other approaches, can be identified with the creation of an inclusive environment. The paper also examines the benefits and costs of diversity management, including barriers to its integration, and does not neglect the issue of quotas. The practical part uses a combined approach and consists of both primary and secondary research. Secondary research is devoted to the analysis of best practices in the field of parenting support and its essence is to provide relevant input for the formulation of recommendations. The primary research is conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews with nine employees of an unnamed banking company. It aims at answering the following two research questions: (1) What is the awareness of employees about the diversity activities undertaken by the banking organization? And (2) what are the needs of employees towards the upcoming modification of the parenting support program? Open coding method using MAXQDA software was chosen for data analysis. As a result of the first research question, significant learning gaps were revealed that exist between central staff and bank advisors. The second research question concludes with a summary of suggestions for optimising the care currently provided, which include continuous maternal involvement in the organisation, employer provision of childcare and extension of fully paid paternity leave Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou diverzity, rovnosti a inkluze v kontextu moderního managementu.
