Důvody zapojení nebo nezapojení do práce AISEC u studentů VŠE rusky mluvících

Engaging in volunteering is becoming a trend. For volunteers wages are not the main motivating resource than other activities. This bachelor thesis analyses and measures reasons for participation in non-profit student organization AIESEC between Russian-speaking students of the University of Economics in Prague. Furthermore, it is also dismantling of the motivating tools, which inspire people to activity in organisations and examines the motives for leaving. The necessary information was obtained in the form of questionnaires. In conclusion are summarized the results of the findings, which show that the most common motives for involvement are the acquisition of useful contacts, the desire to help others, to do work that has meaning and the ability to write this experience into resumes. V současnosti se zapojení do dobrovolnických aktivit stává trendem. Pro dobrovolníky mzda není hlavním motivačním prostředkem na rozdíl od jiných aktivit. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje a posuzuje důvody k zapojení se do neziskové studentské organizace AIESEC u rusky mluvících studentů Vysoké Školy Ekonomické v Praze. Dále také rozebírá stimulační nástroje, které podněcují člověka k činnosti v organizaci a zkoumá motivy k odchodu z ní. Potřebné informace byly získané formou dotazníků. Na závěr jsou shrnuté výsledky zjištění, které ukazují, že nejčastějšími motivy k zapojení jsou: získání užitečných kontaktů, touha pomáhat ostatním, vykonávání práce, která má smysl a možnost zapsat tuto zkušenost do životopisů.
