Fotbalista na trhu práce

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením fotbalisty na trhu práce a jejím cílem je určení determinantů mzdy fotbalisty, konkrétně, jestli je jeho herní výkon primárním determinantem. V teoretické části se věnuji struktuře trhu, na které fotbalista nabízí práci. Dále vysvětluji efekt superstar, morální hazard, vliv vzdělání a efektivnostní mzdy na trhu s fotbalisty. V praktické části analyzuji determinanty mzdy fotbalisty za pomoci regresní analýzy na datech z anglické Premier League ze sezony 2015/2016. Docházím k závěru, že primárním determinantem mzdy fotbalisty je efekt superstar. Zásadní vliv má také země původu a samotný herní výkon fotbalisty. Bachelor thesis si about footballer on labour market and main aim is to determine his wage determinants, mainly his performance as its main determinant. In teoretical part I describe structure of market on which footbalist supplies his labour. After that I describe superstar effect, moral hazard, education influence and efficiency wage on the market with football players. In practical part I analyse determinants of footballer wage with regresion analysis on datas from english Premier League from season 2015/2016. My conclusion is that primary determinant of footbalists wage is superstar effect. Major influence has also origin country and footballer´s performance.
