A granular preparation comprising first granules containing (A) edoxaban or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, (B) a sugar alcohol, and (C) a water-swelling additive, and second granules containing (D) 0.5 to 10% by weight of carmellose sodium with respect to the total weight of the preparation, and (E) 70 to 90% by weight of xylitol or sorbitol with respect to the total weight of the preparation. |
